Product & Pricing
When placing an order with Salotto Lounge the following conditions shall be deemed included, agreed upon and accepted by the customer:
The customer must be of legal age to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in case such products are ordered.
Salotto Lounge shall supply the products as per the order received in accordance with the specifications (if any) expressly listed or set out in the order.
No warranty is given that the products supplied in an order are suitable or sufficient for any specific purpose unless such purpose is defined in the order.
Salotto Lounge makes every effort to ensure that the details of the products are correct and up-to-date. It may happen that from time to time certain items are sold out or unavailable. We will then inform the customer promptly and suggest alternative products of similar taste and value.
Prices and vintages are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance at our discretion and to confirmation of final availability.
A final invoice will be presented to the customer upon delivery, or by electronic means if so required.
The title of the goods shall only pass to the customer after we have received and/or cleared full payment of the same, including any charges incidental to the delivery.
For purchases of HK$1000 or above (HK$1500 for remote areas), free delivery to a single destination is included on our delivery days. Delivery outside such dates is available, but might be charged a delivery fee. Please inquire for details.
Delivery
Salotto Lounge will make every effort to deliver all the products in the order in a timely fashion to the best of our abilities.
Salotto Lounge is not liable for any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer. Salotto Lounge reserves the right to charge additional delivery costs if the customer is not present to receive the goods at the agreed time, incomplete/wrong address is provided, or the delivery address is changed at the last minute.
Salotto Lounge shall not be liable for consequences of any delay in the delivery of the products. In no event shall Salotto Lounge be liable to the customer or any third party for incidental or consequential damages or any losses of business or profit related to the purchase of our goods.
Salotto Lounge shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, or Force Majeure, we will contact the customer to arrange another delivery date.
Salotto Lounge shall not be liable for any delay or service failure caused by or resulting from acts of fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above, or Black Rain warning are hoisted. In such event customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.
Unless otherwise stated in the order, the risk in the products shall pass from Salotto Lounge to the customer upon delivery.
Salotto Lounge reserves the absolute right to decline delivery service.
Return Policy
Goods sold are not refundable, unless a mistake was made by Salotto Lounge, in which case the goods must be retained for our examination. All orders are carefully checked by Salotto Lounge before delivery. However, should the customer find any faulty bottle, the customer is advised to contact Salotto Lounge within 24 hours for examination.
Salotto Lounge shall replace free of charge the goods proven to our satisfaction having been faulty or damaged in transit, provided that within 24 hours after the delivery, we have received from you a written notification of the occurrence of the damage, and its nature and extent.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Salotto Lounge may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, our sole determination shall be final.
